Stone barbecue building is moved from the small remote half-destroyed village located at the foot of the Botev Peak in Stara planina Mountain. The barbecue is restored as the ancient pattern and spirit are preserved. Structure technologies characteristic of the Revival and 200-year old stones and stone plates are used in the restoration process.
The barbecue is covered sitting area created for entertaining 12 to 14 persons. There are also fireplace and restored oven to prepare delicious meals. A misting system is installed under the roof to cool the barbecue for comfortable experience.
Veranda with summer barbecue
The second barbecue with fireplace and oven is part of the veranda situated on the first floor of the house. There is also a sitting area with upholstered furniture accommodating six persons. It is a place for early morning “private” coffee enjoying beautiful views to Maragidik and Ostrets peaks.
Fireplaces
Four fireplaces and two ovens are at guests’ disposal with unlimited quantity of firewood and charcoal. Firewood is hornbeam type specially picked out for maximum heat and without throwing sparks when burns.
