• Discounts will be applied to all bookings of more than 2 nights – by agreement.
• All children under six stay free of charge.
• Bank account for booking – after request for reservation.
• Guests pay a 20 (twenty)% deposit of the total of their stay paid by bank transfer. If there are no incidentals to charge at check-out and acceptance of the complex by the staff, the Client will get a full refund within 3-5 days by bank transfer. The incidental deposit is not refunded if damages or theft occurs.
• The rate DO NOT oncludes charging of electric cars from the electrical set of the Sunny House complex

All rates (in EURO) are per day and include:

• VAT (9%).
• Accommodation tax.
• Hotel guests insurance.
• Breakfast made by local products depending on the season (catering). On accommodation in the house guests will get menus with offered breakfast.
• Garage for four vehicles.
• Free wireless internet.
• Use of fitness equipment and Jacuzzi (without limitation of time), sauna and steam bath (up to 4 hours a day). Depending on the request of the guests, another hour usage of the sauna and steam bath is possible.
• A bottle of 0,5 l mineral/spring water per person per day.
• Italian Baristo espresso coffee – 24 hours a day.
• Herbal tea from mountain herbs picked by hand – 24 hours a day.
• Selected ranges of packed tea – 24 hours a day.
• Taste white and red wines from the Sunny House’s winery.
• Aromatic salts and herbal cosmetics.
• Powerful spotting scope KonuSpot and Konus vue binocular.
• Audio system.
• Six mountain bikes, hand-made, made in USA, Specialized make (two for men, two for ladies and two for kids), along with the necessary accessories - from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Six pairs of German trekking poles with built-in compass for mountain hiking.
• Four sets of traditional wooden snowshoes laced with rawhide, Sport–Classic Lacing type, for men, women and kids. Manufactured by the Canadian company Faber&Co.
• Andro outside table for table-tennis – 24 hours a day.
• Tennis robot TT Matic 202 (Germany).
• Office room equipped with computer and multifunctional printer - from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Safety deposit box in all bedrooms.
• Satellite digital TV.
• Library with good selection of books. Selected books could be asked in advance from the Catalogue published on the site of the Sunny House resort.
• Two folding cribs for children under six, Italian made.
• Sony Playstation 3 and the following games: The Last of US, Beyond two souls, Most wanted, FIFA 13, Grand Theft Auto V, Assassin`s Creed III, Star Wars III, Rayman Origins.

Options:

• Catering. At the request of the guests, catering could be provided or delicious meals could be prepared by a personal cook. Additional information at the office of the resort.
• Horse riding. At the request of the guests and after preliminary inquiry in the horse farm located close to the Sunny House, we could provide this activity.

Payment policy:

• Reservation is valid and confirmed only after advance payment (minimum 50%) of the booking amount done by bank transfer seven (7) days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation should be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival with written notice. The deposit paid in advance is given back to the Client by bank transfer.
• Cancellation received between three (3) and seven (7) days prior the check-in date is subject to 25% of the paid amount.
• Cancellation received less than three (3) days prior to arrival is subject to 5% of the paid amount.
• Bookings made for the festive periods (Christmas, New Year and Easter) should be cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The deposit paid in advance is returned to the Client by bank transfer.
• Cancellation made from one (1) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to arrival (for Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays) is subject to 5% of the paid amount by bank transfer.
