Payment. Booking has to be paid in advance. No accommodation is allowed if the booking is not paid.

Operational time of the complex: self-service from 0:00 to 24:00. Working hours of the service team of the complex is from 9:00 to 12:30 and between 13:30 to 18:00.
Interior Rules of the House
Smoking is not allowed within the house, relax center, winery and the office. Smoking guests are welcome to smoke only at fixed spots indicated by signboards.
Wearing shoes within the house and the relax center is not allowed. Disposable slippers for men and for ladies of seven sizes are provided for guests.
At check-out guests should leave the place in good condition.
Breakfast (home-made with local produce) should be ordered not later than 18:00 of the preceding day. Guests can choose from the list available.
For safe biking guests have to wear helmets and high visibility waistcoats. When guests are outside the resort and have stopped for a break they have to lock bikes to prevent the loss/theft. In case of theft or loss guests have to refund the amount of the bike. When biking outside the resort guests have to follow the regulations of the Road Traffic Act.
For dogs of all sizes there is a dog kennel located in the yard of the resort.
It is possible at check-in guests to be asked to deposit 50% of the amount. At check-out after examining the state of the resort the deposit will be refunded.
At check-in guests have to confirm that they accept and will follow the Policies of the Sunny House Resort.
